Hey, it’s Cathy here and welcome to my blog 🙂
I have been in the health service industry for 10+ years now. And while it’s an interesting profession, my career has somewhat plateaued. I have come to realize it’s time to get out of my comfort zone and pick up a new skill. Be my own boss, perhaps?
That was the idea so, in 2014, I bought my first domain and launched Time Rich Worry Free as a personal motivation to do something different, something that can reward me with more time doing the things I like instead of being stuck in the 9-5. I bet many of you think the same way too.
No matter what your background is, I believe the online space offers plenty of exciting opportunities for anyone who wants to make such transitions. Any that’s what I plan on showing you in this blog. By reviewing various online platforms, programs and also highlighting some familiar brands, I hope to guide you in finding an interest AND monetize it online.
And since we’re all capable of learning new skills nowadays (yes, I know you can), don’t feel pressured if you’re not an expert of any kind. I certainly wasn’t when I first started. Heck, I didn’t even know how to build a blog! But once you’ve taken the first step, the second, third and so forth will become easier.

Hi Cathy, I enjoyed reading your inspirational story and totally agree with you. I have an IT background and that was definitely time-consuming. If you do get the time to travel, you may want to consider blogging about some of your travel experiences on your website. That would be interesting and provide encouragement as well.

You have got the most exciting website I have come across Cathy. You explained everything so wonderfully that encourages me to improve my talents as a Wealthy Affiliate member after reading your touching stories. The training platform is indeed awesome, but anyone coming in must be patient enough to get the rewards too.
Reading all that you had to say, it really gave me hope as I begin my journey at Wealthy Affiliate and as I create my first niche website. I visited your web page “Make Money” and you’ve got it all in there Cathy. I think you have covered from A-Z how somebody can actually start making money online, or where does somebody need to start from, and what to sell etc.
I received great value from your content, and I actually find some “missing puzzles” questions and found the answers via your website.

It seems every day, more and more people are getting into the exciting world of blogging for fun or profit. Here you eloquently show how to do both and how it is easy and fun to do for those that are new. I like the fact that you explain how this site is dedicated to help you achieve more time (and financial) freedom and that you have been working online since 2014 and never look back, wow that is huge. Especially, for those like myself that are still hesitant to get into the world of blogging. I can see how one can meet and become friends with many phenomenally successful bloggers. I really like the title of your website, it’s different from many others. It’s not your average make money online or how to get rich online titles. Good job on your word play, you definitely have the talent to write.
Also, I totally agree with your 4 chronic problems. Those are the phases of life that all of us have to go through. It “SUCK’S” but that’s life. We just have to suck it up and move forward.
I’m left speechless. I always have to comment whether it is about what is well done, or what should be improved. I caught myself reading your about me page three times. If you really are what you wrote about yourself and if your personality could link with a spontaneity and precision of your website content, that you wrote with at ease, then I think you are an amazing person. Your website is great organized. The lightness and sharpness of your words at the same time are forcing the reader to go through the whole blog. I don’t know what I could add.You even like photography.

Great site with loads of info. I think that like most people and especially those of us who have dipped a toe in the water that is Internet Marketing, you have been round the block a couple of times.
Now you’re a member of Wealthy Affiliate and going by what you have achieved so far with their training, you are sure to realize your dream of ‘Freedom’ to do what you want to, when you want to and will not have to answer to anyone.

I think we all loose sight of our dreams at some point in our lives. I am also going through changing my mindset and following my dreams. My dream hasn’t been to own my own business, but I know by owning my own business I will have the freedom to spend doing what I love. So I’m with you on this journey. With a solid home business our older years will be much less worrisome.

Honestly, I detested running my own business after seeing how my mom’s business fail. All her years of investment and effort gone to waste just like that. It totally scared me. So I opted for a comfortable employment instead after college. But after years of slogging for someone else’s business and looking at my bank account, I wondered if I should have taken the risk instead.
Now that I am venturing in my online business, my mindset has totally changed. I am striving to achieve my time freedom and I don’t plan to stop until I get there.
